During your consultation I will listen carefully to your goals and concerns, assess your facial anatomy and skin, discuss which treatments may be suitable for you, explain what is realistic and achievable, provide transparent pricing with no hidden costs, and answer every question honestly and thoroughly. There is no obligation to book. The consultation exists purely to give you the information you need to make a decision that feels right for you.

If you decide to go ahead, we will work together to build a treatment plan tailored entirely to your face, your goals and your budget. This may involve a single treatment or a considered course of treatments for the best possible outcome.

I will explain exactly what each treatment involves, how long it will take, what results you can realistically expect and when you will see them, how long results last, any preparation required beforehand, and full aftercare instructions. You will always have as much time as you need to think things over, and I am always available to answer further questions before your appointment.

Before your treatment I will provide clear preparation guidance. This typically includes avoiding blood thinning medications such as aspirin and ibuprofen for 24 to 48 hours before treatment where safe to do so, avoiding alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, arriving with clean skin free from makeup, and letting me know of any recent changes to your health or medications. For certain treatments, specific skincare preparation may be recommended in the weeks before your appointment. On the day of your treatment you will be welcomed into a clean, calm and professional clinical environment. I work across South Kensington, St Albans and Bedford, and the same high standard of care applies across all three locations.

I will ensure you are comfortable and address any last minute questions before we begin. The treatment area will be thoroughly cleansed, and I will perform every procedure with the precision and care that 34 years of working in facial anatomy demands. I will keep you informed throughout and make sure you know exactly what to expect during and immediately after your treatment. Treatment times vary from around 15 minutes for anti-wrinkle treatments to 45 to 60 minutes for more extensive procedures.

After your treatment I will provide detailed aftercare instructions specific to your procedure to support the best possible result and minimise any side effects. General guidance includes avoiding touching or applying pressure to treated areas, remaining upright for four hours after anti-wrinkle or filler treatments, avoiding strenuous exercise, heat and alcohol for 24 to 48 hours, keeping the treated area clean and following any skincare advice provided, and avoiding makeup for the recommended period. You will always have my contact details so you can reach me directly if you have any concerns during your recovery.

Great results do not stop at the treatment.
